The NM-TV Command Center ("App", "we", "our") is a desktop application for managing NM-TV and ESP32-based Bitcoin solo miners. This Privacy Policy describes what information the App collects, how it is used, and your rights regarding that information.

The NM-TV Command Center is a locally installed desktop application. By design, it operates primarily on your local network and your own hardware. We collect only the minimum information necessary to provide the service.

Information you provide directly:

• Your Bitcoin or other cryptocurrency wallet address (stored locally on your device only, never transmitted to our servers).
• Your WiFi network name (SSID), used solely to configure your miner hardware on your local network and never stored on our servers.
• Any optional contact information you provide when submitting a support request.

Information collected automatically:

• Anonymous crash reports and error logs to help us improve application stability (no personal identifiers are included).
• App version and operating system type, used for compatibility and update purposes.

We do not collect browsing history, financial data beyond wallet addresses, passwords, or any information unrelated to the functioning of the App.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information described above for the following purposes:

• To operate and deliver the core features of the App (device detection, miner configuration, real-time stats).
• To diagnose and fix technical issues through anonymous crash reports.
• To deliver App updates and notify you of important changes.
• To respond to support requests you initiate.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third party for marketing purposes.

All sensitive configuration data — including your wallet address and WiFi credentials — is stored exclusively on your local device using your operating system's standard application data directory. This data is never sent to our servers or any external server. You retain full control and can delete this data at any time by uninstalling the App or clearing its local data folder.

5. Third-Party Services

The App may connect to the following third-party services in the normal course of operation:

• Bitcoin mining pools — your miner hardware communicates directly with the pool you configure. This communication is governed by your chosen pool's own privacy policy.
• GitHub (update delivery) — App updates are hosted on GitHub. GitHub's Privacy Statement applies to those interactions.
• Google Fonts & Lucide Icons (landing page only) — These are used on our website, not in the App itself. Standard browser request data (IP address) may be processed by these providers.

6. Cookies & Web Analytics

Our website (the page you are reading now) may use cookies and web analytics tools, including Google Analytics and Google Ads, to understand how visitors interact with our site. These tools may collect:

• Your IP address (anonymized where technically possible).
• Browser type, device type, and operating system.
• Pages visited and time spent on the site.
• Referral source (how you arrived at our site).

You can opt out of Google Analytics by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on. You can manage your Google Ads personalization settings at adssettings.google.com.

We retain anonymous diagnostic data for up to 12 months, after which it is automatically deleted. We do not retain personal data beyond the period necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this policy, unless required by law.
